By registering for the conference, all delegates accept the conference policies outlined below and agree to adhere to them throughout the duration of the conference. Head delegates are responsible for ensuring all delegates are familiar with the policy prior to arriving at the conference.

If any delegate or staffer believes they have witnessed any violation of these policies, they should use the Reporting Form below that will be regularly reviewed by the DEI Officer throughout the duration of the conference, or report it to a member of the Secretariat, who will relay the information to the Secretary-General and Director-General.
